This week we head to a little place called Nicky's Deep Dish Pizza. A take out only pizzaria that is operated out of a home. Don't let that having a pizza come out of a home deter you from ordering from here. The pizza is amazing!
The New York Classic Pizza was phenomenal. It actually reminded me of Little Ceasers pizza, which is one of my favorites, but with much higher quality ingredients. The outside crust was crunchy and the cheese was plentiful. At $26.25 it was a bit on the expensive side for the size but it was wel worth the cost.
Next up is the Pizza Bianca. This was the favorite of my wife and I. The amount of mozzarella cheese and the huge globs of ricotta were amazing. The mozzarella cheese was extra thick which is what I prefer.
